Return and Refund Policy

At T H A A R R E O, we take pride in the craftsmanship, art and quality of our luxury fragrances. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be gently used, unopened, or in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at perfumer@thaarreo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns must be approved via email before shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us at perfumer@thaarreo.com within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances (> 5% of original volume)

  • Custom or personalized or engraved products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days

  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer

  • THAARREO is unable to refund shipping charges.
